Our full-service package is designed to deliver a home that reflects your personality and lifestyle, while still meeting your budget requirements. As part of our full-service package, we deliver a turnkey design experience for any room, or number of rooms in your home, no matter the size.

 

Even though our full-service package is a “sit back and relax” package, we do have some clients that prefer to be more hands-on as part of the process. We are more than happy to collaborate with you to create a masterpiece to call your very own.

What you will get:

1. In-person consultation.

2. Design of space(s), including floor plans and layout(s) as well as sourcing of products, color, paint, swatches and designing of space(s). We take the time to layout your room and include the correct dimensions of ALL the furniture, so you know exactly where everything goes. Design presentation/mood board. These visuals will give you a complete vision for your space, covering every detail.

3. Sourcing of all items (furniture, lighting, window treatments, floor coverings, décor, artwork)

4. Scheduling, ordering, shipping, handling and receiving of all items.

5. Warehousing of all items until install.

6. Installation, arranging and finishing of all spaces included in the project.

 

What are the full-service package steps?

1. Fill out the full-service design questionnaire.

2. We will reach out to schedule a call with one of our designers.

3. Following the call, we set up an in-person consultation and send you the Pre-consult info. During the in person consultation, we will review the room(s) or space(s) included in the scope of the project with you, how you intend to utilize each space, as well as the budget for each space / the complete project.

4. You receive a letter of agreement detailing the scope of the project, hours to be spent on design, deliverables and the fee structure to name a few.

5. Once we receive the executed letter of agreement, we start designing! Let’s get this done!

6. We develop a design scheme, which starts with developing a color scheme and sourcing fabrics, materials, furniture and fixtures. Wall and floor, as well as window treatments are considered as well. We will contact you at regular intervals to discuss different elements of the design.

7. Once the design scheme is ready, we schedule a presentation, in person or over the phone while you view it on your laptop. The design will be presented in detail, including a budget outlining all costs and work orders to sign off as appropriate. We aim to finalize design options as soon as possible (preferably during this meeting), as this is crucial to maintain accurate pricing and ensuring the timely availability of design elements.

8. Once the design scheme is approved, the full design fee is due including a deposit for the agreed upon budget amount, which can range anywhere from 50-75% of your total, depending on the size and scope of the project.

9. Once that is received, we start the process of ordering items and take care of shipping, handling, receiving, warehousing and final delivery and installation in your home.

10. We schedule an installation day(s), you sit back, relax and look forward to your awesome newly designed space(s), telling all your friends and family what a wonderful experience you had in dealing with Melt Interiors.
