Why do you charge for initial consultation?
Our first consultation consists of a full 2 hours of our undivided attention to discuss and work through everything you need.
As we walk through, we'll offer high-level actionable direction and ideas, so be sure to have pen and paper ready! This way, you'll have loads of valuable information to refer back to after we're gone.
But don't worry, we'll be taking notes as well! After the consultation, we will also send you a complete post-consultation sheet that will include everything we discussed and more, so you have all the information available at your fingertips, getting you closer to your goals and beautiful spaces.
I have not worked with designer before how much should I expect to budget?
It truly all depends on your needs and how many spaces you need finished and/or the number of pieces you need.
If you do not have an idea of budget – throw a number at us that you will feel comfortable with, we will give you options around that number to give you a better idea of what your budget can get you.
If you have a specific budget you would like us to work with, wonderful, we will work with you to stay within this price range and meet your needs.
What is your timeline?
We will become good friends. So let sit down and discuss your needs and timeline. We allow for 8-10 weeks from contract signed. (Ask me for a more detailed customized timeline.) Delays – custom furniture, deliveries, changes and decisions are all elements that can impact your timeline. We will Communicate all and more with you and get it done quick and easy.
Do you travel?
Yes, we love to travel and follow safe COVID protocols as recommended by the CDC. We will hop on a plane or take a nice drive any day for the right project. Travel fees do apply.
Do you have New Build services?
Yes we frequently stage high end apartments and homes working with commercial or private owners to make your property stand out.
After completion of my project, if I have more design needs, what do I do?
We usually allow you three revisions on your final design presentation.

If you’re an online client and need help implementing your design or ordering after you're revisions, we are happy to help, this will be billed at our hourly rate.

If you are a full service client and need to start a new project, we are happy to help based on availability with the process restating itself from our Sourcing process and design.
How will you communicate with me / Business Hours?
We will work 8-5 Mon to Fri via email or phone. We will respond as soon as we can, but within 24hrs. We will also update you weekly on the status of your project
